Hot, spicy, and sweet. Cinnamon is one of the most easily distinguished notes and it smells quite similar to what you’re used to when baking or eating. This makes it excellent to use in gourmands with Vanilla, Tobacco, Clove, Black Pepper, Cardamom, and Ginger or other sweet notes. It also blends really well with anything citrus (try it with orange!), frankincense, lavendender, myrrh, rosemary, and thyme.
